I've been putting a lot of things off as I haven't got the 'oomph' to do them. I look at my list then think, "I'll get round to it tomorrow".
Screw that. I've decided to do one thing from my list every day.
Today I'm gonna flog some PC games, tomorrow I'm gonna work on a website. Yesterday I wrote a complaint email I've been putting off and on Sunday I finished off and emailed a book review.
Depression sucks the life out of you and takes away any inclination you have to do things. So take it one bite at a time, then sit back. After all, if you do one thing a day that's 365 things a year.
